Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice
Active Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) required
Registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) required
Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting
Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs
Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Functional proficiency with DaVita-specific applications within 60 days
