About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Directly supervise a team of Care Coordinators and their day-to-day operations
  • Provide leadership, onboarding, training, coaching, and development to direct reports
  • Foster a positive, fulfilling work environment
  • Support Regional Care Coordinators and encourage professional growth
  • Communicate job expectations and parameters to direct reports
  • Manage hiring, promotion, performance, disciplinary actions, and termination activities
  • Organize, monitor, evaluate, and manage team and individual workflow
  • Partner with People Services on employee relations issues
  • Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and training
  • Complete teammate evaluations and establish quarterly and annual goals
  • Collaborate with direct reports and upper management on professional development goals
  • Follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and company procedures
  • Apply wage and hour laws and federal, state, and local regulations
  • Create informational decks and spreadsheets; lead team meetings and present to upper management
  • Conduct recurring one-to-ones with direct reports
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of medical and operations records
  • Comply with data collection and auditing activities
  • Review and approve time for non-exempt direct reports
  • Track overtime, attendance, and PTO
  • Conduct formal ad hoc training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience, leading a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information and/or issues using sound discretion and judgement
  • Willingness to travel
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
