About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise the daily operations of the IKCA team
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and work direction
  • Organize, monitor, evaluate and manage workflow
  • Conduct formal and ad hoc training
  • Develop and foster a positive, fulfilling work environment
  • Manage teammate employment activity, including hiring, promoting, job performance and disciplinary actions
  • Address teammate relations issues
  • Facilitate teammate development through PDRs, coaching, mentoring and training
  • Collaborate with direct reports to create professional development goals
  • Follow teammate guidelines, employment policies and department or company procedures
  • Review and approve time for non-exempt direct reports
  • Track overtime, attendance and PTO
  • Attend and/or lead team meetings, phone conferences and trainings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years experience in Healthcare
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in leadership
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Candidate must reside within Eastern Standard time or Central Standard time zone
  • Knowledge of basic wage & hour laws, federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Ability to supervise daily operations and manage workflow
  • Ability to manage teammate employment activity, including hiring, promotion, performance and disciplinary actions
  • Ability to review and approve time for non-exempt direct reports
  • Ability to track overtime, attendance and PTO
