About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze documented business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and System Specifications
Develop specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, and non-functional requirements for programmers
Use sampling, model building, and data analysis to ensure solutions are efficient, cost-effective, and financially feasible
Present design considerations to software architects and developers
Identify and investigate potential gaps and issues and recommend changes
Troubleshoot system issues, review logs, debug code, identify workarounds, and work with developers to fix issues
Perform demos
Develop and implement maintenance procedures
Monitor system health and gather system statistics
Develop a deep understanding of assigned functional-domain integrations and system interactions
Collaborate with Sr. Systems Analysts, Architects, and Tech Leads to drive assigned-task solutions
Support the CWOW program, DaVita Kidney Care’s strategic initiative to develop a new patient-centric clinical application
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to analyze documented business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and System Specifications
Ability to develop specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, and non-functional requirements
Ability to troubleshoot system issues, review logs, debug code, identify workarounds, and work with developers to fix issues
Ability to use sampling, model building, and data analysis techniques
Ability to develop and implement maintenance procedures
Ability to monitor system health and gather system statistics
Deep understanding of functional-domain integration and system interactions
Ability to collaborate with Sr. Systems Analysts, Architects, and Tech Leads
Technical requirements, system specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, log review, code debugging, maintenance procedures, and system monitoring experience or knowledge
