About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a dedicated talent advisor and thought partner to operational leadership, including DVPs, RODs, and Facility Administrators
  • Lead intake discussions and workforce planning sessions aligned with staffing goals and business objectives
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, compensation alignment, market dynamics, and talent availability
  • Deliver labor market intelligence, competitor insights, and talent analytics
  • Drive proactive, full-cycle recruitment for clinical leadership and licensed roles
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing campaigns
  • Conduct competency and behavioral evaluations
  • Facilitate debriefs and manage complex multi-stakeholder interview processes
  • Formulate competitive offer packages with Compensation, People Services, and Operations
  • Mentor and onboard TAP I and TAP II recruiters
  • Model best practices in stakeholder management, candidate experience, Workday workflows, and sourcing
  • Lead or contribute to TA improvement initiatives, focus groups, hiring events, and process optimizations
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Represent DaVita's employer brand across external channels, networking events, and digital platforms
  • Champion inclusive and equitable hiring practices
  • Maintain accurate requisition and candidate tracking in Workday and supporting TA platforms
  • Ensure compliance with employment policies, regulatory standards, equal opportunity laws, and clinical licensure verification procedures
  • Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, pipeline velocity, and hiring confidence scores

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Proven track record in healthcare recruitment, clinical leadership, or executive/management placement
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of high-volume or specialized recruitment experience within a complex, multi-site healthcare or clinical services environment
  • Experience partnering with senior and executive operational leaders (Director-level and above)
  • Advanced proficiency in modern Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday preferred
  • Proficiency in sourcing technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and CRM platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, clinical licensing/credentialing considerations, and compensation structuring
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Ability to synthesize complex business needs and market data into effective hiring strategies
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to articulate ideas clearly, build trust quickly, and influence senior leaders diplomatically
  • Ability to navigate shifting priorities, manage high-volume workloads, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
