About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deploy on assignments across the Village ranging from one to six months
Serve as an interim Group Facility Administrator
Immerse yourself in the region to assess portfolio health
Identify problems or barriers to success and implement processes, tools and resources to support the team
Report to the Division Vice President, with a dotted line to the DVP for the supported division and region
Collaborate with region and division leaders, including Finance, People Services and Medical Directors
Maintain complete accountability for P&L
Manage financial and revenue growth, labor management, contract management and capital expenses
Drive operational, financial, team and clinical performance through KPIs and metrics
Work directly with clinic managers to identify and address teammate and patient concerns
Address growth priorities, provide due diligence and lead operational conversions for acquisitions and strategic growth
Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to maximize clinical care and growth potential
Interface with Finance, People Services, Strategy, Quality and other functional teams
Onboard and train the replacement ROD

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years’ experience as a DaVita Operator
Strong leadership acumen; successful team management and development
Demonstrated track record of successful fiscal and operating leadership
Demonstrated financial expertise
Experience working in a matrix organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities across various stakeholders and departments
Strong analytical, quantitative and logical thinking skills
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in all DaVita systems
Strong MS Excel skills
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Availability for national travel depending on assignment needs; travel will range from 50–80%
