About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a key role in the successful implementation and operationalisation of a new product within Davy
- Act as the bridge between business and technology teams
- Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to understand business needs and define solution requirements
- Create and maintain user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation
- Support product squads and technology teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Maintain requirements traceability and delivery documentation
- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, risk, and governance requirements
- Liaise between business, technology, operations, and product teams
- Communicate complex business and technical requirements to stakeholders
- Build relationships to support collaboration and successful delivery outcomes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of best practices
- Support delivery, product launch readiness, and ongoing service performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role within financial services
- Experience delivering technology-enabled change and implementing new products or platforms
- Proven experience working across business and technology teams in complex delivery environments
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis skills
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments preferential
- Understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and technology platforms
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT and defect management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to work across multiple teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving delivery environment
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
