Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of organizational programs and projects
Manage all aspects of project management within construction and system fields
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
Lead and manage project managers, coordinators, and support staff
Develop and implement project management processes and best practices
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Establish timelines, milestones, and budgets and monitor progress
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Conduct project status meetings with stakeholders
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Review project deliverables before client delivery
Assist with project budget management
Set and manage client expectations and day-to-day interactions
Develop and execute project work plans and revise them as needed
Liaise with project stakeholders
Present project progress, problems, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders
Implement and manage project changes and interventions
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members
Assist with business development initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in project management within the construction and system fields
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical knowledge of RF Design, project management concepts, and DAS
Intimate knowledge of propagation modeling and tools
Fundamental understanding of RF wave propagation physics
Experience ideally in communication site development, tower construction, system design, wireless networks, and 911 emergency dispatch centers
Valid Driver’s License
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) / Project Management Professional (PMP) credential
Ability to use PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, AutoCAD Lite, and Outlook/Email
Ability to work effectively with customers and suppliers
Ability to learn new technologies and hardware quickly
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to troubleshoot issues/problems
Meticulous approach to producing high-quality results and focus on meeting challenging customer commitments
