About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists (LMHCAs)
Ensure high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy
Monitor supervisees' adherence to legal, ethical, and professional standards
Collaborate indirectly with school counselors, teachers, and families through supervisees
Help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans using Daybreak's tools
Maintain accurate, timely supervisory documentation in the secure EHR system
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Support therapists working with students experiencing anxiety, depression, and stress
Guide therapists in supporting students' academic success and families' behavioral outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active, independent clinical license in North Carolina as an LMHC (required)
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
Strong communication and organizational skills
Availability during afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends
Bilingual fluency in Spanish or other languages preferred
Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities preferred
Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions preferred
Active NPI number and CAQH profile preferred
