Key responsibilities & impact

Design and operationalize infrastructure for new markets and service lines, including vendor setup, tooling, and operational workflows
Translate care model standards into operational workflows and prepare documentation and processes for launch
Support go-live stabilization and capture operational learnings for future launch playbooks
Translate operational design into implementation across teams, systems, and vendors
Identify and solve operational gaps beyond defined swim lanes
Translate the care model into scalable workflows reflected in operational tools and systems
Improve care delivery workflows, enrollment operations, and cross-team coordination
Diagnose operational friction and implement solutions to improve care team reliability and efficiency
Partner with Product to embed workflows into documentation, task management, and scheduling systems
Build operational infrastructure through review cadences, KPI ownership, execution-drift identification, and emerging operational priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, or care delivery environments
Exposure to market launches, implementations, or scaling operations (healthcare preferred)
Strong process documentation and workflow design skills
Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure
Detail-oriented and systems-minded approach
Ability to work across clinical, operational, and technical domains
Ability to operate with influence, not authority
Willingness to learn quickly and take on increasing responsibility
Ability to operate on Eastern time business hours
