About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex digital initiatives and actively shape digital products
Guide clients and teams through AI-enabled product development
Actively shape agentic workflows and align tools and ways of working with technical constraints and security requirements
Directly implement ideas, solutions, and variants in the product
Support digital products from the initial prototype through to go-live
Ensure quality and address technical requirements
Plan the handover to the client’s IT department at an early stage
Guide clients and teams with empathy and confidence within complex corporate structures
Inspire stakeholders to adopt new ways of working and actively involve them in the development process
Manage progress, quality, budget, client satisfaction, project scope, and team dynamics
Establish a shared understanding of the product, objectives, and requirements
Create roadmaps and capacity plans
Translate requirements into clear priorities
Identify client needs and challenge existing processes
Develop new solutions and follow-on projects through strategic consulting and business development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in product management or consulting, ideally within corporate structures and complex digital transformation initiatives
Experience digitizing and optimizing sales processes
Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product decisions
Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, particularly AI-enabled workflows
Confident presence with strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to navigate demanding clients, diverse stakeholders, and political decision-making processes
Quick learner with the ability to abstract complex issues
Hands-on mentality and strong execution skills
Enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary teams
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Nice to have: Initial practical experience with AI-enabled development or work workflows
Nice to have: Expertise in digital business, e-commerce, and/or automotive
Nice to have: Knowledge of Figma and experience with design thinking methods
