- Assist with employee education and orientation
- Provide patient/family education to improve health outcomes
- Involve family/significant others in planning health care and health decisions
- Delegate and evaluate health care to assistive personnel following the hospital nursing plan
- Recognize and advocate for each patient’s individual health care needs
- Provide considerate, respectful care affirming patients’ rights to make medical-care decisions
- Report to the Administrative Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commitment to obtain Bachelors of Science in Nursing within 5 years of hire
- Graduation from an accredited program of nursing
- Registered Nursing license in State of Ohio
- Ability to work M-F, 4 days a week, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with one set day off per week
- Ability to rotate Monday evenings
