About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational, clinical, financial, and strategic oversight of specialty ambulatory clinics and/or diagnostic services across one or more locations
  • Lead day-to-day clinic operations to ensure high-quality, safe, efficient, and family-centered care
  • Support patient access, patient experience, employee and provider engagement, financial performance, growth, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement
  • Lead staffing, workflow optimization, quality and safety initiatives, budget management, provider support, facility operations, and implementation of new programs and services
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical and clerical staff, and cross-functional partners
  • Provide operational and administrative leadership for Neurology, EEG Diagnostics, EMU, and IONM across four locations
  • Ensure providers and staff have the resources, processes, and support needed to deliver safe, high-quality, family-centered care
  • Oversee patient access, clinical quality, patient and family experience, employee and provider engagement, staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, facility management, business development, and program growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or health related field (if an RN, must have BSN)
  • 1-3 years of management/direct supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
  • Customer Service, Communication and Computer skills including Word and Excel
