Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience with the Scrum and Kanban frameworks
  • CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) certification
  • Experience with agile metrics and facilitating ceremonies and events
  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master on agile projects
  • Experience with backlog management
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto Alegre, RS
  • Desired skills: communication, collaboration, systems thinking, autonomy, planning, and organization
