About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and monitor the annual budget, budget revisions, and forecasts
  • Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast, identifying root causes and proposing improvement actions
  • Perform accounting analyses and support the interpretation of financial statements
  • Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, ensuring the consistency of information used in management reports
  • Develop and monitor financial, accounting, operational, and performance indicators
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations to support decision-making
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards
  • Consolidate and analyze information from different departments and systems
  • Support managers in analyzing results and understanding key variances
  • Ensure the consistency and reliability of accounting, financial, and management information
  • Drive continuous improvement in controlling, planning, and reporting processes
  • Automate controls, reports, and departmental routines
  • Use the ERP system to extract, verify, and analyze information
  • Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders, translating accounting and financial information into clear, objective analyses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or financial controlling processes
  • Experience in accounting, account analysis, and interpreting financial statements
  • Experience preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts
  • Knowledge of results analysis, performance indicators, costs, and financial statements
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience developing and using Power BI dashboards
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and information from different sources
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Proactivity and a strong sense of ownership
