About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work on the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of solutions related to the Metrics Control Platform (PCM)
  • Develop and maintain integrations between internal systems and the metrics platform
  • Implement automated processes for collecting, processing, validating, consolidating, and submitting metrics
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and traceability of reported data
  • Identify and address inconsistencies and discrepancies in information
  • Develop solutions using APIs, batch processes, databases, and mechanisms for extracting operational information
  • Support the definition of metrics based on logs, metrics, and traces
  • Work with observability and monitoring of APIs and services
  • Create and maintain controls, evidence, and audit mechanisms related to regulatory requirements
  • Translate regulatory requirements into technical and operational requirements
  • Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Development, and Operations teams
  • Support process documentation and team training
  • Contribute to the creation of a governance framework for the ongoing support of metric collection and submission processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with Open Finance/Open Banking in Brazil
  • Knowledge of the governance structure, participants, roles, and obligations within the Open Finance ecosystem
  • Experience with Java
  • Knowledge of SQL and data modeling
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, and/or batch processes
  • Experience with data and metrics collection, processing, consolidation, and validation
  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT and data integration processes
  • Experience with observability and monitoring of APIs and services
  • Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and traces to generate indicators
  • Experience with controls, auditing, traceability, and data quality
  • Ability to transform regulatory requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience working in critical, high-availability environments with high processing volumes
  • Knowledge of Java, SQL, relational modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs and integrations, databases, data processing and consolidation, observability, and monitoring
  • Willingness and ability to work with or learn Node.js, C#, and Rust
