About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Continuously improve and update our curriculum.
Lead regular tutorials to reinforce course content and answer open questions.
Collaborate with instructors and colleagues to promote learner success and improve the course.
Support participants in an intensive 8.5-month program as they pursue new career opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled at a university or higher education institution for at least one more year (required).
At least one completed vocational training program or bachelor’s degree (required).
Available to work 15–20 hours per week as a tutor (required).
Initial experience in digital sales, particularly with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and willingness to deepen this knowledge.
Fluent in German with excellent communication skills.
Empathetic and enjoy working with people.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure to every project.
