About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work on-site at a client in the financial services sector
  • Provide support and ongoing maintenance for Microsoft environments
  • Work with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO)
  • Work with WSUS and SCCM
  • Troubleshoot authentication, replication, permissions, and name resolution issues
  • Analyze logs, incidents, and production changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft infrastructure
  • Ability to independently investigate and troubleshoot issues
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or a related field
  • Technical English proficiency
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus
  • Experience with backup solutions, particularly Veeam, is a plus
