About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver friendly, professional and helpful customer service
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the till
- Replenish stock and maintain high store presentation standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and company procedures
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the forecourt and store
- Contribute to a safe, welcoming and efficient environment for customers and colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for customer service and helping people
- Positive, reliable and hardworking attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to licensing regulations and lone working requirements
- Retail experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work 12 hours per week
