- Call donors on behalf of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
- Inspire donors to support cancer research and patient care
- Convincingly read from a script and close donations
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Complete mandatory paid training
- Apply by phone and through the DCM careers website
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successful fundraising background
- Ability to close donations
- Computer savvy with proficiency on multiple softwares/platforms
- Ability to follow directions and convincingly read from a script
- High-quality customer service attitude
- Must have a computer or laptop with headset or headphones and good internet connection
- Persistent, diligent work ethic; self-motivated while being a team player
- Must be working from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Illinois, or California (Los Angeles and San Diego only)
- Minimum 16 hours per week across 4 full shifts; maximum 20 hours per week
- Availability for specified EST shifts
