About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop architectural projects in accordance with the brand’s concepts and standards
  • Maintain knowledge of the standards, legislation, and permits applicable to projects and to obtaining the required licenses
  • Manage projects, including preliminary designs, complementary and detailed designs, coordination and clash detection, construction execution, and maintenance activities
  • Prepare studies for implementing sustainable technical solutions and materials
  • Develop and monitor technical and energy-efficiency solutions
  • Manage construction, renovations, and preventive and corrective maintenance, improvement, and reinvestment activities
  • Prepare specifications and technical scopes of work
  • Prepare budget estimates and analyze quotations
  • Manage suppliers
  • Prepare and conduct assessments at business units
  • Draft meeting minutes, prepare comparative analyses, and compile, analyze, and process data
  • Negotiate contracts for services, construction, renovations, and maintenance
  • Manage building maintenance
  • Prepare technical documentation for the approval of new units
  • Organize technical documentation, including as-built drawings, designs, and permits
  • Implement improvements to ways of working, tools, and processes
  • Actively manage strategic projects related to the area of responsibility

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Project Management
  • Willingness and availability to travel and work at different locations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of data analysis and processing, data compilation, and dashboard and chart creation
  • Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD
  • Advanced or fluent English
  • Believe in the enjoyment and benefits of sports
