About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reconcile customer accounts receivable
Reconcile payment acquirers, analyzing sales, receipts, fees, advances, and discrepancies
Conduct analyses related to exchange vouchers and return invoices
Identify and resolve financial discrepancies among banks, payment acquirers, and internal systems
Monitor receipts and financial settlements
Prepare and update departmental controls and reports
Use Excel, including macros/VBA, for analysis, controls, and process automation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in treasury, bank reconciliation, or related finance functions
Previous experience with payment acquirer reconciliation
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of SAP (FI module)
Analytical profile and ability to work with large volumes of information and data
Experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus
In-depth knowledge of payment methods and payment-acquiring processes is a plus
Experience with process automation is a plus
Intermediate English proficiency
