About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the high availability, performance, and security of core Supply Chain and Finance systems
Lead the ERP migration program in Brazil to SAP S/4HANA
Ensure the Clean Core strategy, data quality, and alignment with the global enterprise architecture
Orchestrate and deliver critical projects on schedule, such as the Brazilian Tax Reform
Lead, develop, and retain the technical team, including coordinators and analysts
Foster a culture of high performance, autonomy, and career development
Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets
Negotiate with local technical partners to optimize costs and enforce rigorous SLAs
Act as the strategic focal point between Decathlon Brazil’s operations and the global technical teams in France

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Technology or Project Management is a plus
Proven track record managing technical teams and supporting/evolving SAP ecosystems (ECC and S/4HANA) in highly complex environments
Leadership or direct participation in at least one complete SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation cycle (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition)
Strong knowledge of the core FI/CO and MM modules
In-depth understanding of Brazil’s tax complexity, including Brazil localization and the Brazilian Tax Reform
Fluent/advanced English is mandatory for daily meetings, architecture committees, and negotiations with the international corporate team in France
Experience controlling IT CAPEX/OPEX
Experience managing contracts and SLAs with large technical partners and consulting firms
Availability to work at Decathlon’s headquarters in São Paulo, SP, under a hybrid work model
