About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct electronic searches to identify updated contact information for respondents, alternate contacts, and businesses using subscription and public databases such as LexisNexis and Accurint
- Update respondent records in the tracing database with newly identified information
- Track and process returned mail and update records accordingly
- Perform data entry using Excel, Access, and survey platforms such as VOXCO
- Maintain and update databases and tracking systems with high accuracy
- Assist with process documentation, schedules, and tracking logs
- Provide general administrative support to the unit
- Complete assignments from the Sample and Data Operations Manager
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Part-time daytime hours (e.g., 8:00 am–2:00 pm), with flexibility based on operational needs
- Alternatively, part-time afternoon/evening hours (2:00 pm–7:00 pm), with flexibility based on operational needs
- Saturdays with flexibility based on operational needs
- High school diploma required
- Intermediate computer skills; ability to navigate databases and electronic search engines and adapt quickly to new computer systems
- Ability to work up to 30 hours per week
- May include weekend shift availability
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions
- Self-starter
