Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Store Manager in taking the Chatswood store to the next level
- Help build the DREAMTEAM
- Establish store standards for the new store
- Deliver amazing customer service from day one
- Work closely with the Store Manager to lead by example
- Lead and motivate the team during every shift

Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for fashion
- Great visual merchandising and styling skills
- Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
- Passion for retail, leadership, and growth
- Ability to deliver amazing customer experiences
