Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the Store Manager to guide the DREAMTEAM
- Keep the sales floor running smoothly

Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for fashion
- Great visual merchandising and styling skills
- Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
- Passion for retail, leadership, and growth
- Ability to deliver amazing customer experiences
- Ability to work closely with the Store Manager to lead by example
- Ability to motivate the DREAMTEAM and uphold DECJUBA values: Honesty, Bravery, Integrity, Innovation, and Optimism
