About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with the Store Manager to drive store performance
- Develop and lead the retail team
- Lead confidently on the shop floor
- Deliver style, value, and AMAZING customer experiences
- Lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment
- Motivate the DREAMTEAM to embody DECJUBA values in every shift
- Work with the Regional Management team to support customer experience delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for fashion
- Great visual merchandising and styling skills
- Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
- Leadership and management capabilities
- Ability to deliver AMAZING customer experiences
- Ability to lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment
- Ability to lead and motivate a retail team
