Legal Counsel – Real Estate Transactions

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support real estate acquisitions and investment transactions
- Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation
- Advise on corporate and property-related legal matters connected to deals
- Support due diligence processes and coordinate external counsel
- Work with investment, finance and commercial teams throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Advise on cross-border transactions across European jurisdictions
- Contribute to legal processes, templates and internal know-how
- Report directly to the General Counsel
- Work closely with the C-team and investment stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- German qualification as a Volljurist/in, having completed both State Examinations
- Around 2–4 years’ PQE
- Experience with real estate transactions and construction law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience working on due diligence and transaction documentation
- Interest in gaining broader commercial and international exposure
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external advisers
- Ability to take ownership of matters and work autonomously within a lean team
