About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Showcase and promote DeepHealth products and services through live demonstrations
  • Create positive and engaging customer experiences that drive interest and sales
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of product capabilities, configurations, integrations, and upcoming functionality
  • Develop reusable sales enablement materials, presentation scripts, workflow scenarios, FAQs, and supporting content
  • Partner with Sales on customer meetings, demonstrations, presentations, workflow assessments, and solution discussions
  • Communicate clinical workflows, technology capabilities, and solution value to clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders
  • Translate complex clinical and technical concepts into customer-focused presentation solutions
  • Contribute to RFP responses, site visits, and customer-specific demonstrations
  • Configure, validate, and maintain demonstration environments, representative workflows, test data, and integrations
  • Translate clinical requirements into feedback for product, engineering, and implementation teams
  • Collaborate on troubleshooting workflow, integration, and usability issues
  • Evaluate emerging AI, analytics, automation, and workflow optimization technologies
  • Support product validation, implementations, training, and customer feedback initiatives
  • Serve as a clinical resource for cross-sectional and mammography imaging workflows
  • Evaluate end-to-end radiology workflows, including image acquisition, PACS/RIS, reporting, and results communication
  • Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, clinical leaders, informatics, and IT teams to identify workflow challenges and improvements
  • Assess how technology, automation, and AI can improve efficiency and the radiologist experience
  • Build trusted partnerships across Clinical, Sales, Product, and Technology teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Clinical radiology experience with strong knowledge of cross-sectional imaging and mammography workflows
  • Understanding of radiology operations, healthcare IT systems, and imaging informatics
  • Experience with PACS, RIS, EHR/EMR, voice recognition, reporting, or related clinical systems
  • Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, APIs, integrations, and interoperability concepts
  • Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with clinical, technical, and executive audiences
  • Comfortable in customer-facing environments and adapting to evolving technologies
  • Preferred: Experience as a radiologic technologist, clinical applications specialist, PACS/RIS analyst, imaging informatics specialist, or related vendor role
  • Preferred: Knowledge of radiology technology implementations and deployments
  • Preferred: Exposure to AI-enabled radiology solutions and cloud-based healthcare platforms
  • Preferred: Experience supporting sales, customer success, product development, or implementation activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related medical/pharma/science field, or equivalent level of practical technical experience in radiology
  • Proven experience in product demonstrations, sales, or customer service
  • Experience demonstrating Healthcare IT solutions
  • Experience demonstrating Enterprise Imaging or Informatics Solutions (Radiology, PACS, Cardiology, etc.)
  • Must follow HIPAA, OSHA, compliance, privacy, safety, confidentiality, and applicable employment standards
