Technical ownership of customer integrations, from process and requirements clarification through stable implementation
Product-focused enhancement of the core C++ components in the scheduling framework

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience—typically 5+ years—with modern C++17/20/23, the STL, and Boost
Knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI, and design patterns
Proficiency with CMake, Git, unit testing with GoogleTest, debugging, and profiling
Strong sense of ownership, pragmatism, and commitment to quality
Clear, objective communication with internal and external stakeholders
German proficiency at B2 level
English proficiency at C1 level
Nice to have: Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor
Nice to have: Knowledge of cross-platform and Windows builds
Nice to have: Experience with CI/CD, Linux, and Docker
