About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own Deezer’s multilingual localisation projects across Product, Marketing, CRM, Content and Brand
Own localisation projects from brief and planning through translation, review, QA, integration and final delivery
Manage timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks and communication across multiple projects
Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, Content, Brand, Design, Copywriting and local market teams
Advise stakeholders on cultural adaptation, transcreation, terminology and language-specific requirements
Coordinate translators, reviewers, agencies and other localisation partners
Perform linguistic and in-context QA, ensuring consistency with glossaries, style guides and Deezer’s brand voice
Maintain localisation documentation, terminology resources and process guidelines
Track project costs, delivery quality and relevant localisation KPIs
Improve localisation workflows, tools and processes, including opportunities for automation and AI-assisted localisation
Promote early localisation involvement and help teams adopt localisation best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of experience in localisation, translation project management, content operations or a related field
Experience managing multilingual projects end to end, ideally across digital, product, marketing or CRM content
Strong knowledge of localisation, translation, transcreation and linguistic QA
Experience working with translators, agencies, freelancers or other external partners
Experience with a TMS, CAT tool, CMS or project-management platform
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage several priorities independently
Professional fluency in English
Native or near-native French, with excellent command of spelling, grammar and style
Experience tracking budgets, quality indicators or operational performance is a plus
Additional languages and experience in media, streaming or subscription businesses are a plus
