About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Deezer’s commercial division with the content, tools, and processes needed to grow existing partnerships and support new business opportunities
- Develop sales materials, partner-facing assets, training content, operational processes, and internal communication initiatives
- Manage cross-functional projects from brief to delivery with internal teams, external partners, suppliers, and creative stakeholders
- Initiate, manage, and update QBR decks, pitch decks, playbooks, onboarding/training content, and other enablement assets
- Manage the partner gifting process, including budget, suppliers, stock, creative assets, and deliveries
- Support execution of incentive programs, including visits from foreign partners
- Promote internal communication within the Partnerships division and maintain the open-space screen
- Centralize sales documentation and document and structure internal processes and best practices
- Support meeting efficiency through structured notes and reports
- Help design and animate team onboarding days and contribute to partner or training events such as webinars and workshops
- Run and analyze surveys and internal data to provide actionable recommendations
- Identify operational pain points, prospect new tools, and automate processes
- Explore and propose innovative AI-powered solutions to streamline workflows, improve processes, and unlock new opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s student in Economics, Business, Marketing or Operations Management, ideally at the end of your studies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English
- Advanced familiarity with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail)
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects, work autonomously, and proactively drive initiatives from concept to delivery
- Resourceful, curious, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Positive, enthusiastic mindset and excitement about working within a music-oriented environment
- Skills in prompt engineering and emerging approaches such as vibe coding
