About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead revenue and/or margin projections for budget, forecast and long-term planning cycles
Own the financial narrative of the perimeter during monthly closing, including variance analysis, performance bridges, risks and opportunities
Maintain the business plan for the scope and translate operational assumptions into financial forecasts
Monitor expenses, provisions, cash impacts and data-quality issues with Accounting and Finance stakeholders
Build and maintain financial models covering subscription economics, cohorts, conversion, churn, ARPU, LTV/CAC, revenue recognition and margin drivers
Design, standardize and improve recurring monthly, quarterly and annual reporting tools and deliverables
Prepare financial documentation and scenario analyses for senior leadership decision-making
Analyze KPIs and performance variances, identify root causes and recommend actions
Communicate concise, decision-oriented reporting to senior stakeholders
Support operational and commercial teams while maintaining financial guardrails
Improve FP&A processes and tools, including automation and AI-enabled workflows
Contribute to cross-functional corporate finance topics such as cash, impairment and M&A
Mentor or coordinate colleagues on specific topics when useful

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree, ideally specialized in Finance
Typically 4+ years of experience in FP&A, M&A/corporate finance or audit
Ability to effectively communicate in French and English
Strong modelling and Excel/data handling skills
Proactive approach to solving business and technical challenges
Well-organized, with ability to manage priorities in a complex and manual environment
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams internally
Experience mentoring, coordinating or influencing others is a plus
No prior people-management experience is required
