About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with product teams to understand upcoming platform releases and assess user impact
Plan and manage communications related to feature updates, platform changes, and release announcements
Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to support change readiness and adoption
Identify stakeholder groups and tailor messaging to support effective communication and engagement
Review and optimize communication channels used to reach internal and external audiences
Support enablement efforts by helping coordinate messaging, materials, and release communications
Track progress across change initiatives and help ensure successful rollout of platform updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 6 years of experience in change management, program management, or project management roles
Experience supporting large scale platform or system rollouts
Strong understanding of change management and communications strategies
Experience working with cross functional teams including product, operations, and technical stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in both technical and business focused environments
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
Background in communications and enablement is a plus
