About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex SAP implementation projects, including Core Model and rollout projects
Manage projects involving numerous stakeholders, regionally or across France
Manage the client contract for fixed-price projects or AMOE, AMOA, and specific project engagements
Communicate with and facilitate teams, governance bodies, and client relationships
Oversee and monitor project operations
Ensure the appropriate balance of quality, cost, and schedule
Ensure compliance with the legal, strategic, and financial aspects of the contract
Identify business development opportunities and participate in presales activities
Support teams and collaborate with delaware’s 37 offices worldwide

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (engineering school or university)
At least 8 years of experience managing SAP projects, including Core Model and rollout projects
Cross-functional understanding of business processes
Strong knowledge of SAP functional modules and their integration
Ability to structure, plan, and manage all dimensions of an SAP project: organization, change management, solution, technology, and data migration
Proven leadership skills
Active listening, thoroughness, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to make recommendations, persuade stakeholders, and act as a facilitator
Team spirit and a strong service orientation
Occasional travel required depending on assignments
Fluency in English to work in an international environment
