Oversee all aspects of client projects, including project scope, customer budget, timelines, order entry, and vendor negotiations
Create opportunities and product presentations
Manage customer information, tasks, and order details within the ERP system
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure high-quality project outcomes
Source impactful products aligned with client needs and branding goals
Attend vendor meetings to stay informed of industry trends and product offerings
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales growth and knowledge
Accurately document, manage, and report activities within the ERP system
Nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Closely follow client instructions and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skill sets
Extremely detail-oriented
Proven history of meeting deadlines
College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
1-3 years of proven work experience as Account Manager or similar role
Experience in promotional products is a plus
Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
ERP system experience preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient with Google suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
