About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design mockups, vectorize logos, and produce presentation decks from initial concept through final delivery
Mock up customer art proofs according to work-order instructions
Recreate low-quality bitmap artwork into clean vector art
Adjust artwork for accurate printing according to customer orders and templates
Work mainly on rushed orders after initial training, field art questions, and help delegate rushed orders
Occasionally take customer calls, except during non-US hours
Learn the company's product line, imprint-area capabilities, and printing-method limitations
Maintain professional relationships with team members, departments, and customers
Communicate with supervisors and team members
Answer questions for other production artists
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Art Manager and Supervisor
Continually learn, evaluate, and implement new art and design strategies
Work with and direct outsourced art teams
Help with projects collaboratively or individually

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums
Able to give and receive constructive criticism
In-depth experience and an established track record in artwork design and finalization, with great attention to detail
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
2-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience
Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign
Solid understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management
Experience adjusting artwork to print for various mediums
Knowledge of the embroidery process and familiarity with .dst files is a plus
