About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Vectorize logos, save them to the proper file format, and craft mock-ups for the sales team
Set type and size imprints on promotional products
Create graphics and layouts for product illustrations
Pull product templates from supplier websites to create proofs
Send proofs to customers for review and approval
Transition approved orders into production and monitor order status to prevent delays
Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding revisions or suggestions
Assess project specifics and create final products adhering to requirements
Perform ad hoc tasks aligned with the role

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills in graphic design and the ability to deliver visually impactful designs
