Key responsibilities & impact

Compile and distribute recurring daily, weekly, and monthly reports using pre-built Excel templates and workflows
Distribute reports via Outlook on documented schedules and confirm successful delivery
Maintain a reporting calendar and flag delays, source-system outages, or anomalies
Produce ad-hoc reports using knowledge of BMS’ data model
Execute Salesforce, Restoration Manager, and Sage Intacct three-way reconciliation processes
Identify and resolve missing corresponding records, duplicate accounts, and duplicate contacts across systems
Adapt workflows to frequently changing SOPs and evolving reporting requirements
Improve the quality and quantity of Sales Analytics’ output
Identify and resolve gaps in Sales Analytics insight and improve team processes and productivity
Influence the day-to-day work of the Sales Analytics Data Analyst

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related roles
Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas
Prior experience in data reconciliation or data matching work
Experience learning multiple business systems, such as ERP, CRM, or vertical-specific platforms
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365: Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Experience with data management, spreadsheets, or reporting tools
Understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principles
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
