About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and update CRM records, contacts, and sales activity
- Support data entry, CRM cleanup, and general data hygiene
- Track action items and follow-ups from sales conversations
- Conduct lead and prospect research
- Build targeted prospect lists for the sales team
- Assist with outbound sales activity and follow-up
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Prepare basic reports, lists, and sales support materials
- Support general administrative needs of the sales team
- Keep the sales team organized and on top of pipeline activity
- Assist the sales team with other tasks as the role evolves
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, Business Development Assistant, or a related administrative role
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
- Prior experience supporting a sales or business development team is preferred
- Logistics, warehousing, 3PL, or SaaS experience is an advantage but not required
- Comfortable working in CRM and sales technology platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Familiarity with lead generation and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo) is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
- Experience with scheduling and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Calendly, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and stay responsive in a fast-moving environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail

- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, CRM management, and outbound sales activities
