About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive field operations and customer integrations end to end, from kickoff through successful deployment
- Partner with software and supply chain teams to align priorities, surface risks early, and keep schedules on track
- Coordinate hardware, software, and personnel to ensure timely program execution
- Bring clarity to complex, fast-moving programs
- Communicate with engineers, leadership, and customers
- Travel regularly to client sites
- Lead hands-on problem solving on the ground
- Contribute to Delian's mission of building autonomous-warfare defense technology, including the Osiris GPS-denied navigation product
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience managing engineering programs involving hardware and software integration
- Track record of delivering in dynamic environments with competing priorities
- Exceptional work ethic, bias for action, and deep sense of ownership
- Strong communication skills and confidence leading cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites
- Experience with UAVs is a strong plus
- Must be eligible and willing to work in the job's location
- Must have completed Greek military service, or be not applicable
