About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Conduct discovery to understand business rules and design scalable solutions
Develop end-to-end solutions
Develop solutions and address issues at the root cause of the company’s needs
Monitor alert channels, identify roadblocks, mitigate them, and propose solutions
Define and develop the architecture for new features while maintaining traceability and observability throughout the development process
Work with a global e-commerce client operating in 45 countries and publishing classified ads on the Internet

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in software development, preferably with microservices architecture
Knowledge of software architecture and development best practices
Strong experience with Node.js, Java, and Python
Experience working with production systems and cloud platforms
Knowledge of Terraform
Knowledge of messaging systems, particularly Kafka
Ability to design and implement unit and integration tests
Experience with Agile methodologies and practices such as TDD, pair programming, CI, and CD
Knowledge of AWS
Experience with relational and non-relational databases
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of observability
Participation in large-scale initiatives or highly complex/ambiguous projects
Experience working on projects serving millions of users
Knowledge of GraphQL
Experience with NestJS
