About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate from the early stages of projects, contributing to the analysis of requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Identify systemic impacts and risks related to deliverables, ensuring a broad view of business processes
- Develop test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases aligned with project objectives
- Execute functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and automated tests
- Plan and support the execution of non-functional tests, such as performance, load, security, and data persistence testing
- Validate system integrations and ensure the consistency of business rules
- Record, track, and support the resolution of defects and nonconformities alongside development teams
- Work on multiple projects and squads simultaneously
- Produce quality indicators, metrics, and reports
- Promote continuous improvements in development and testing processes
- Share knowledge and disseminate quality best practices, supporting the technical development of other professionals in the field
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience testing Java and Angular applications
- Experience with Oracle databases
- Experience developing test strategies, plans, and cases
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Knowledge of test automation
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing
- Knowledge of performance, load, and security testing
- Knowledge of SQL and database queries
- Experience analyzing and validating requirements and business rules
- Ability to identify systemic impacts and risks related to deliverables
- Experience tracking and managing bugs and incidents
- Completed higher education degree
