About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Safely operate a 15-Ton Tadano TR-150XL-4 Rough Terrain Crane according to manufacturer specifications and site safety guidelines
- Perform daily pre-operational checks, inspect rigging, monitor fluid levels, and report mechanical issues
- Coordinate with riggers and signal personnel for precise, secure load handling and positioning
- Assist with general site tasks, tool maintenance, and ground support during operational downtime
- Adhere to OSHA standards, site-specific safety protocols, and company policies
- Support long-term construction projects scheduled through December 2027
Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid NCCCO (or equivalent industry/state) Crane Operator Certification for Rough Terrain / Hydraulic Cranes
- Proven experience operating RT cranes; experience with Tadano equipment is a plus
- Strong knowledge of load charts, rigging procedures, hand signals, and safety regulations
- Willingness to perform general job site tasks when crane operation is paused
- Reliable transportation and ability to work full project hours
- Ability to pass required background checks, drug screenings, and physical evaluations
- Driver's License preferred
- Day Shift availability preferred
- Night Shift availability preferred
