About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide legal and business solutions as part of Sabara Law LLC, a boutique Singapore law practice and Singapore member of the Deloitte Legal network
- Work across Data Protection, Financial Services Regulatory & Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employment Law, and Legal Management Consulting
- Support local and cross-border legal matters for clients ranging from local businesses to multinational corporations
- Collaborate with Deloitte’s international multidisciplinary teams
- Pursue personal learning and development
- Contribute to team and business priorities
- Maintain accountability for personal performance
- Develop communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, clients, and team members

Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 6 years PQE as a Singapore-qualified lawyer
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong drafting, communication, and IT skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Meticulous, driven, well-organised, and proactive
- Ability to deliver under pressure
- Relevant experience in corporate, commercial, or fund matters is advantageous
