About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage Azure, GCP, and AWS environments operationally
Maintain compliance with good security practices and troubleshoot cloud environments
Deploy product updates and implement integrations
Explore new ways to use cloud technologies to improve regional cloud infrastructure
Analyze data for operational improvements and optimization
Architect, install, configure, and maintain Azure or AWS environments
Work with infrastructure and application teams to maintain cloud uptime and accessibility
Provide solutions compliant with company security standards
Support users and resolve Azure, GCP, and AWS environment issues
Support and improve continuous build, automated testing, and release management tools from development to production
Design and deploy assets and code in an Agile environment to deploy, test, monitor, and maintain service-platform components
Analyze system performance issues and recommend resolutions with application and supporting teams
Perform code deployment, virtual server, scripting, and other supporting tasks
Identify system discrepancies, assess risks, and implement security-compliant solutions
Maintain documentation for cloud procedures and configurations
Support security and IT audits for compliance
Develop and oversee automation procedures for cloud infrastructure operations
Maintain IT asset inventories and associated documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a local/overseas university is preferred
Azure or AWS certification is preferable
Strong knowledge of building, delivering, and managing Cloud IaaS or PaaS environments on Azure, GCP, or AWS
Experience in P2V/V2V and hypervisor software such as Microsoft Hyper-V is preferable
4 to 5 years of managing and maintaining small to medium-sized Azure/AWS Cloud environments
2 years of professional software development/programming experience in Python, Ruby, modern JavaScript, Java, C++, or C is optional
Background in Cloud Computing such as SaaS and PaaS
Knowledge of virtualization, including VMware and Citrix, and Azure/AWS
Broad understanding of technical problems and solutions, with ability to implement advanced solutions
Good command of English, verbal and written
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with local peers and SEA regional counterparts
