Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-wide, multi-year transformation and risk-reduction programmes
  • Significant delivery experience within a major global bank, systemically important financial institution, consultancy or professional services firm supporting banking clients
  • Programme Director-level capability
  • Approximately 12–20+ years’ relevant experience
  • At least 8–10 years leading enterprise programmes
  • Demonstrable ability to establish and operate SteerCos, executive forums, programme control frameworks, integrated plans, KPIs/KRIs, RAID and dependency management
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and constructive challenge skills
  • Experience operating at Executive Committee, Managing Director, Board and regulatory level
  • Strong understanding of regulated banking environments, enterprise risk, compliance, control enhancement and regulatory remediation, including Skilled Person activity where applicable
  • Strong capability across programme mobilisation, cross-functional workstream leadership, financial and resource management, vendor oversight, executive reporting and benefits realisation
  • Ability to navigate complex organisations, align competing priorities, resolve blockers and recover at-risk programmes using data-led recommendations
  • Third-party risk expertise in TPRM, supplier governance, outsourcing, supplier assurance, critical third-party oversight and supplier risk remediation (preferred but not essential)
