About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver supply chain consulting projects from strategy through execution and on-the-ground implementation
- Formulate and implement Digital Supply Chain strategies
- Support launches of Digital Supply Chain Planning systems and operations, including demand-supply planning, P/L, and AI demand forecasting
- Analyze and design supply and sales networks, including site selection for new factories and regional distribution centers
- Develop and implement sales and logistics route-to-market strategies and national distributor networks
- Support supply chain strategy development for regional headquarters and organizational restructuring, including shared services
- Assess market entry into logistics and cold-chain sectors
- Lead mixed teams of local and Japanese Client Services members as a Manager
- Manage projects and support project and client development through proposal activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Consulting experience in the SCM (Supply Chain Management) domain
- Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities
- Experience in leading projects
- Experience executing global projects in mixed teams with local staff
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese with business-level English skills, or native-level English proficiency with business-level Japanese skills
- Consulting experience related to Southeast Asia
