About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support project delivery across transformation and operations work streams, delivering high-quality outputs within set deadlines
- Apply project and change management capabilities to engage technical and business stakeholders
- Use industry-specific insights to solve complex TMT-sector challenges
- Conduct in-depth analysis to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to identify operational improvement opportunities
- Communicate insights and solutions compellingly to clients and stakeholders
- Organise complex information into clear, logical presentations
- Engage senior-level clients and manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations
- Identify risks and foster trusted client relationships
- Support proposals and business development activities using knowledge of best practices and emerging TMT solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some experience, gained in a consulting or in-house environment, supporting programme management or operational transformation in the TMT sector
- Expertise in project, programme, and change management
- Experience supporting digital strategy, planning, and/or implementation projects
- Experience with Generative AI, digital operations, cloud technologies, and emerging innovations
- Experience assessing and documenting current-state (As-Is) processes, designing target-state (To-Be) solutions, and implementing new operating models
- Experience using data to generate actionable insights for operational improvements and reporting
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and trends
- Ability to distil complex ideas into clear, impactful messages and present key insights effectively to stakeholders
- Knowledge of the structure, trends, and challenges in the TMT sector
- Experience in technology infrastructure, internet regulation, RPA, GenAI, digital or cloud operations is ideal
- Ability to apply creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
