About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project manage and support transfer pricing planning strategies, policy design and implementation, compliance programmes and audit defence
- Lead functional analysis interviews and undertake economic analyses
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation using functional, comparability and economic analyses and technology solutions
- Support clients with transfer pricing disputes, including interventions, advance pricing agreements and mutual agreement procedures
- Develop solutions to clients’ operational transfer pricing challenges and support practical policy application
- Work with Deloitte member firms globally on international advisory projects
- Support senior management with business development and practice management responsibilities
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions and think around a problem
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to plan and monitor projects, budgets, timescales and people
- Knowledge of current and proposed transfer pricing legislation, including OECD, EU and IRS rules
- Experience in financial services transactions is beneficial
- Experience in dispute resolution matters, including APA and MAP projects, is beneficial
- Experience using economic analysis databases
- Desire to develop a career and take on additional responsibility leading client projects and varied work
